Just a few lines to thank you for all the help you gave us and making it possible for us to purchase a property in Tenerife. I can understand people being worried about this venture it is a worry, wondering have you picked the right people will every thing turn out all right.

As you know we have a child with special needs so we had to come over on our own to do this business in a very short time and we could not come back over to tenerife to finalize it, so we gave VisaVerde CS S.L. power of attorney to act on our behalf.

We bought our duplex apartment in Los Cristianos last May. As my husband was unable to come out iniatially, my adult daughter and I went out to Tenerife to look at a number of apartments Connie had selected for us to view. We saw some others through another contact following a previous visit and I had also done some quite extensive research via the internet.

We were soon very impressed by Connie's reliability, however, and decided to buy through VisaVerde CS S.L. Everything proceeded very smoothly and we were very pleased with the personal attention from Connie. She explained everything clearly to us and was in constant contact via email, responding to any queries instantly. The follow up, ensuring all paperwork was in order, was very reassuring and we would not hesitate to recommend VisaVerde CS S.L. to anyone buying from the UK.

Important documents were sent quickly to us via courrier and Connie accompanied us when sorting out a mortgage with a Spanish bank and on completion day when we went to the Notary to sign. My husband and I, and our son and daughter, have been able to enjoy the apartment on a number of occasions already.

Los Cristianos is an excellent sunny bolt hole for the whole year, but is also a very good base from which to explore the rest of, what we are discovering to be, a fascinating island. I am sure we will have many happy years to come getting to know it very well.

We visited Tenerife in October 2001 intending to buy an apartment. I did a lot of homework prior to arrival and spent 7 days non stop looking at flats put forward by 6 different agents.

We chose Connie and her team at VisaVerde CS S.L. to help us buy in Las Americas between October and December 2001. Everyone played their part from helping to select the right apartment for us, to arranging NIE numbers, bank introductions,mortgage advice, organising the notary through to completion and even ensuring the apartment was kitted out with the right things.

When buying in a foreign country, whilst you have to be careful but eventually you have to end up putting your trust in someone. Unknown to Connie, I gave her several opportunities to rip me off, but every time she was honest and straight forward.

I would recommend them without hesitation for their helpfulness and attention to detail and reliability.

Most impressive of all is that whenever someone promised to contact us, by phone or e mail they always did. Without fail. A rare commodity in Tenerife!!.
