Was told it would be easy and we had a particularly bad experience but that was not so much the system but more the Agency and in particular the seller who, in the end, wasn't a seller at all and just wanted to waste people's time. However, another opportunity arose and we thought we would try one last time. This time VisaVerde CS S.L. were the agents.

The transaction went smoothly, anything would after the last episode to be fair. However, contact was regular both by telephone and e-mail in relation to updates etc. and everyone was great to deal with. If we were to buy further properties through VisaVerde CS S.L. we would do so in the knowledge that we have been looked after once and that we would be again. Thanks Guys..

We bought a Detached 4 bed 3 bath in Torviscas Alto, we were lucky because the house was not on with any agents. On behalf of my wife and myself I would like to thank you for the professional service you provided us with , especially having to give up your Sunday to take us round properties and also making such an effort for us to view the house at Dream View which we were very interested in had the Torviscas one not come off.

Familie van Herpen - Nederland.

In April September 2006 hebben wij ons droom-appartement gekocht in Tenerife. Een woning kopen in het buitenland vindt iedereen een riskante onderneming. Wij maakten ons ook ongerust over alles en noch wat totdat wij met VisaVerde kennis maakten.

Binnen een paar dagen raakten wij onder de indruk van service die Connie en haar team ons bood. Al snel kregen wij het gevoel dat wij bij juiste mensen waren.
