Na enkele malen op Tenerife vakantie gevierd te hebben vatten wij in december 2004 het idee op een definitief eigen vakantieverblijf op het eiland te zoeken.

Uiteraard werd vooraf een lijst opgesteld van eisen en wensen.

Na enig zoeken op internet kwamen we al snel op de website van VisaVerde CS S.L. Contact was snel gelegd. Een simpel mailtje heen en een zeer klantgerichte communicatie kwam op gang.

Uiteraard was onze wensenlijst erg lang en maakte die het voor Connie en haar team er niet echt makkelijk op; naast complex zoekwerk was ook de nodige flexibiliteit gewenst. Na enkele weken heen en weer mailen van fotootjes besloten we in januari meteen weer terug te gaan boter bij de vis, want te veel tijd om te beslissen wilden we ons niet nemen onder het motto "Wat goed is komt snel".

Uiteraard is het op Tenerife toch "even?" wennen aan de "mañana (= niet vandaag)" mentaliteit, die voor een zakelijk ingesteld persoon niet makkelijk te verteren is (ik weet het Connie, wat dat betreft is echt Tenerifaan worden toch schier onoverbrugbaar voor ons :-)).

Maar de niet aflatende ijver van Connie en haar team maakten, dat we uiteindelijk toch binnen een maand onze stek gevonden hadden.

Daarna komen de onderhandelingen, onderzoekstraject, de uiteindelijke afwikkeling bij de notaris alsook alle inschrijvingen et cetera.

Als je Nederland gewend bent, dan zijn ook dat tochwel erg bijzondere trajecten, waar je zonder de ervaring van een kantoor als Visa Verde niet ver komt.

Alles bij elkaar heeft Connie en haar team ons op het gehele traject perfect geholpen.

Begin April hadden we alles achter de rug, dus binnen zo’n 3½ maand van "droom tot werkelijkheid".

Het bijzondere is overigens, dat de zorg van VisaVerde CS S.L. niet ophoudt met de overdracht.

Tot op de dag van vandaag (inmiddels dik 2 jaar later) vallen we regelmatig terug op de ervaring van Connie en worden we steeds op een service gerichte wijze met kennis van zaken geholpen.

Mijn complimenten voor Connie en haar team; wij zijn blij dat we bij haar terecht zijn gekomen en nog steeds bij haar zijn.

Firstly we would like to thank Sue amongst other things for showing us around the four apartments that we chose to view prior to our visit. Thirdly we would like to recommend Visa Verde to anyone serious about buying a property in Tenerife. When we arrived in Tenerife in April we had arranged to view over twenty apartments with eight different estate agents.

We bought our studio in March of this year. We contacted Sue at VisaVerde CS S.L. as the property was on sale through them! Not knowing anything about buying a property in Tenerife it felt really scary!

Well, there was no need as Sue dealt with everything from getting us a viewing, taking us to get our NIE number and to the bank to organize our mortgage and bank account.

It didn't stop there, I bombarded her with questions after questions and she very patiently answered them all with a great amount of patience and detail. On the day Connie took us to the notary and we signed and then it was down to Katya to organize direct debits being setup from start to finish the service was second to none.
